Ultimate Protection Group was founded with a single mission: To make workplaces safer & profitable. What started as a small CPR and First Aid training operation in Toms River has grown into a full-service Safety, Security, and Compliance company serving businesses across the state.
Our founder's background in emergency response and workplace safety gave us a foundation built on real-world experience — not just textbook knowledge. That perspective shapes every course we teach and every program we design.
Today, we partner with manufacturers, warehouses, healthcare facilities, schools, and small businesses to deliver training that meets OSHA requirements and, more importantly, actually prepares people for emergencies.
